Amboseli Express:

Amboseli National Park lies within the shadow of the mighty Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain whose peak may be seen from the park in clear weather. Only nature and all her majesty could create such a back -drop to the wildlife pageant found at Amboseli. Game is seen enroute to the park, which crosses plains where the Masai tribesmen tend their cattle in an age-old tradition. Lunch is taken at a lodge within the park, followed by another game drive where lion, cheetah can be seen including elephant and hippo that are found bathing in the swamp-grounds which get their waters from Mt. Kilimanjaro. Return to Nairobi in good time for dinner.

Bomas of Kenya

A Boma is a homestead and just a few kilometres from Nairobi we have the Bomas of Kenya where the day-to-day lives of the 43 different ethnic groups in Kenya are depicted through traditional dancing, music, song and folklore. These plus an acrobatic show are performed in a splendid arena.

Karen Blixen/ Giraffe Center

Drive towards Ngong Hills by passing the Ngong village to the Karen Blixen Museum of the 'Out of Africa' fame, which was for many years her home. Later proceed to the Giraffe Centre to view and feed the famous Rothschild's giraffe which is an endangered species from a specially constructed viewing - platform.

Nairobi National Park

This tour begins at 1400 hrs. This unique wildlife sanctuary is tucked just 10 kms away from the bustling city centre. Several animal species roam within this park including four members of the big five, exceptional being the elephant. Animals to be found here include; lions, leopards, zebras, rhinos, wildebeests, and other species including beautiful bird life. The tour returns to the city centre at sundown. A private tour of the same can be arranged in the morning for groups.

Carnivore Experience

Departs at 1200 hrs and 1900 hrs. We recommend dinner or lunch at the carnivore which is famous for the succulent stew and barbecue dishes of game meat, as an 'add on' Kenya's special visit. This will form an excellent welcome or farewell dinner/lunch.

Thika Special

Thika town is 45kms from the capital of Kenya. Here, you find the Blue Posts Hotel, first established in 1908 as a stopover for the Kenya white settlers who farmed and lived in the central part of Kenya. During the 2nd World War in 1939 the British Army camped on the site and built budget bandas whose posts were painted blue, hence, the name Blue Posts. Today two rivers namely Thika River and Chania River each with a natural waterfall surround the hotel popularly known as "The Hidden Jewel of Thika". Both rivers originate from the Aberdare Ranges though from different sources.
