If you are a meat lover, and you should be if going to dine at the Carnivore restaurant, then Carnivore can offer some of the most exotic meats you will ever lay your eyes on. You will be greeted by a Kenyan woman dressed in a traditional African dress, then escorted to your table, passing a mixture of meats being cooked in a large open charcoal pit along the way, taking in the thick aroma while the chefs behind it are excitedly yelling Jambo (hello).

The Carnivore is a unique African experience. This open-air meat specialty restaurant has become a standard stop on the Kenya safari trail. Every type of meat imaginable, including four choices of wild game, is roasted on traditional Masai swords (skewers) over a huge, visually spectacular charcoal pit that dominates the entrance of this famous Kenya restaurant.

The Carnivore waiters then carry these swords around the restaurant, carving unlimited amounts of the prime meats onto sizzling, cast iron plates in front of you.
